Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive
IT Support Specialist
to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations across the company. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience supporting both hardware and network systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle
employee onboarding and offboarding
processes, including account setup and access management. - Provide
technical support and troubleshooting
for company laptops, software, and hardware issues. - Manage and maintain
servers, routers, and network infrastructure
to ensure optimal performance. - Monitor system performance and proactively resolve IT-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT processes and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, tickets, and user activities.
- Support IT security practices and ensure compliance with company policies.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with server and router management.
- Strong understanding of the IT support cycle and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Able to join immediately.
