Job Description:
- Assist the Finance & Accounting team in organizing and filing vouchers and payment documents.
- Help retrieve and prepare documents needed for bank claims and audit purposes.
- Coordinate and provide administrative document support for internal and external needs.
- Support the team in keeping the document storage area neat and well-arranged.
Requirements:
- Student or fresh graduate from Accounting or Office Administration background.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
- Willing to learn and proactive in assisting the team.
- Available for a full-time internship (3 months).
