Job Description:

  • Assist the Finance & Accounting team in organizing and filing vouchers and payment documents.
  • Help retrieve and prepare documents needed for bank claims and audit purposes.
  • Coordinate and provide administrative document support for internal and external needs.
  • Support the team in keeping the document storage area neat and well-arranged.

Requirements:

  • Student or fresh graduate from Accounting or Office Administration background.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Willing to learn and proactive in assisting the team.
  • Available for a full-time internship (3 months).
