Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to oversee the daily operations of our

Brand stores. This role is critical in ensuring store performance, operational excellence, and brand

consistency across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Brand stores to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.

  • Ensure store layouts, visual merchandising, and in-store branding meet established visibility guidelines.

  • Sales & Target Achievement

  • Monitor and drive sales performance across stores to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop and execute initiatives that increase customer traffic and conversion rates.

  • Inventory & Stock Management

  • Ensure timely replenishment of stock and monitor inventory levels to avoid stock outs or overstock situations.

  • Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock availability in each store.

  • Team Capacity & Performance

  • Ensure each store has the appropriate number of trained staff in line with operational standards.

  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, guidance, or support as needed.

  • Store Audit & Compliance

  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies.

  • Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve performance and customer experience.

  • Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, staffing, and store KPIs.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal) and Chinese Mandarin is a PLUS.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in retail operations or store management, preferably in consumer electronics or a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Willing to travel for store visits or operational audits.
