Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation, proactively identify and generate high-quality leads through various channels, including market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Conduct thorough prospecting to identify potential clients and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Client Acquisition, execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and customers, meeting or exceeding set targets.
  • Deliver compelling and informative sales presentations to showcase products or services, addressing client needs and emphasizing value propositions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Engage in effective negotiation processes to secure deals and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and enhance overall business performance.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products or services and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Meeting Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge to enhance personal and team performance.
  • Provide feedback on enterprise offerings to serve new business opportunities
  • Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and networking as and when necessary
  • Supporting administrative processes

Requirements:

  • Sales hunter & New Client Acquisition (2-5 Years Experience): You have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a dynamic sales or business development role, with a demonstrated history of exceeding targets in acquiring new clients. Experience within the rewards, incentives, or loyalty industry is a significant plus.
  • Solution Selling & SaaS Expertise: You're adept at solution selling, skillfully uncovering client needs and positioning our SaaS product as the ideal solution.
  • Exceptional Negotiation & Closing Skills: You're a confident and persuasive negotiator, capable of skillfully navigating discussions, handling objections, and consistently closing deals that create mutual benefit for WOGI and our clients.
  • Strategic Client Relationship Builder: Beyond the close, you have an innate ability to build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they grow their usage and continue to thrive with WOGI long-term.
