Job Description
- Creating collaboration with internal or external teams to identify analytical needs and translate into clear data requirements with measurable metrics and definitions
- Analyzing company data with statistical, machine learning, and programming methods to deliver accurate models that meet user requirements.
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning, optimization, or predictive models into production environments.
- Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve existing models and work alongside developers and business owners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Distribution & Retail Businesses, preferably within Automotive Chain Stores (3S: Sales, Service, Spare Parts), FMCG, MNCs, or Technology Companies (Fintech, Marketplace, Insurance).
- Experienced in data collection and cleaning from various retail sources such as sales transactions, customer interactions, inventory systems, and marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in machine learning (supervised & unsupervised), statistical analysis, and AI algorithms for predictive modeling, including personalization, demand forecasting, and price optimization.
- Skilled in creating data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of retail metrics and KPIs, with excellent analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
