We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing & Customer Service Staff to join our marketing team. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, enhancing brand loyalty, and supporting marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and retention. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns and help grow the customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ( such as : schools, customers ) addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
  • Organizing events such as promotion event and competition event.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to engage existing customers and attract new clients.
  • Work with team to execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on client satisfaction metrics to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimal 3 years experience in marketing, relationship management, or a similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and client behavior.
  • Having own vehicle
