Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Senior RNO (Radio Network Optimization) will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of radio networks. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and improving network KPIs, conducting root cause analysis for network issues, and implementing solutions to enhance network performance. The role also involves planning and coordinating network optimization activities, reporting network performance metrics, and collaborating with other teams to ensure alignment with the overall network strategy.
Qualifications
- Network analysis and optimization skills, including proficiency in using relevant tools and software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with root cause analysis
- Experience in network optimization activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site in Jakarta
- Experience in the telecommunications industry with Sr RNO background
