Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Financial Administrative Specialist for our Jakarta office. This role is crucial for supporting our team's operational efficiency in Indonesia, handling daily financial operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess solid financial knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Aspects:

· Accurately and timely process company employee payroll.

· Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliation.

· Review and record employee expense reimbursements.

· Assist in preparing basic financial reports and management statements.

· Handle banking transactions and cash management.

· Support budgeting and financial forecasting activities.

· Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and local Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.

Administrative Aspects:

· Manage daily office operations in Jakarta, including mail handling, receiving visitors, and managing vendor relationships.

· Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare meeting materials, and take minutes.

· Oversee office supplies and equipment procurement and inventory.

· Assist in arranging employee travel and accommodations.

· Maintain and update physical and electronic filing management systems.

· Provide other necessary administrative support to the team.

Qualifications:

· Education & Certifications:

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Possession of relevant financial certifications such as Local Indonesian CPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA is preferred.

· Language Skills:

· Fluent in Indonesian is required for work communication.

· Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred.

· Basic English communication skills (written and verbal) are an advantage.

· Experience & Skills:

· Minimum 1-3 years of relevant financial or administrative work experience in Indonesia. Familiarity with local Indonesian financial regulations and payroll processes is preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.

· Experience with mainstream financial software.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
