Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key personnel, buyers, and engineers from end-user companies, EPCs, and Operators.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on time delivery, customer satisfaction and product quality.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for sales managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, preferably Engineering background.
- Attractive or pleasant appearance and personality
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience, specifically selling to Oil and Gas, Shipyards, Windfarm industries.
- Proven network of key personnel, including buyers, engineers, EPCs, and Operators, with the ability to demonstrate these contacts.
- A problem solver with good analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or CRM software. This is important
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- A disciplined person – able to govern himself to set of routines to achieve success.
- Proficient in English, able to communicate and do presentation in English.
- Placement: Based in East Java area.
