Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key personnel, buyers, and engineers from end-user companies, EPCs, and Operators.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on time delivery, customer satisfaction and product quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for sales managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, preferably Engineering background.
  • Attractive or pleasant appearance and personality
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience, specifically selling to Oil and Gas, Shipyards, Windfarm industries.
  • Proven network of key personnel, including buyers, engineers, EPCs, and Operators, with the ability to demonstrate these contacts.
  • A problem solver with good analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or CRM software. This is important
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • A disciplined person – able to govern himself to set of routines to achieve success.
  • Proficient in English, able to communicate and do presentation in English.
  • Placement: Based in East Java area.
