Position: Food & Beverage Manager Responsibilities- Oversee all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, and in room dining.
- Develop and implement F&B strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
- Train, mentor, and manage F&B service and production teams.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Indonesian Citizen
- Relevant experience in the applied position is preferred
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work in a dynamic hospitality environment
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong leadership and financial management skills
- Proven track record in F&B management
