  • Manage and execute the promotion of test policy, strategy, and test plan of large-scale project across multiple parties globally, based on the initial requirements and scope defined during the basic study.
  • Identifying the types of tests that will be needed, such as System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure: environment readiness (Plan, provision, and maintain test environments).
  • Verify that test environments are properly configured and available for testing activities.
  • Coordinate with environment managers and infrastructure teams to resolve setup issues.
  • Preparing initial test documentation, such as test cases and scenarios, based on the requirements and scope defined during the basic study.
  • Maintain accurate records of build versions, deployment timelines, and promotion history.
  • Ensure traceability and auditability of all promotion activities.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand their expectations and requirements for testing.
  • Act as a liaison between local teams, regional office, and headquarters to align environment activities.
  • Facilitate coordination across development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular sync meetings and provide clear updates to international teams.
  • Identify and escalate environment or test-related issues.
  • Support defect triage and assist in root cause analysis when needed.
  • Assess risks related to testing and quality assurance. This involves identifying potential challenges that might affect the testing phase and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in planning the resources needed for the testing phase, including personnel, tools, and environments. This ensures that everything is in place when the project moves into the testing phase.
  • Define and enforce environment management standards and procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment and testing workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and security requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in environment management, release management, or Quality Assurance.
  • Experience in managing environments for large-scale or enterprise-level projects.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) required for daily communication with regional and global teams.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process and documentation.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
