Responsibilities :

  • Develop commercial strategies to boost sales and profitability.
  • Handle pricing proposals and contracts with clients and vendors.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as production, engineering, and logistics.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain good relationships with key customers.
  • Monitor and manage budgets and sales targets.
  • Prepare commercial performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
  • Oversee tender processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and external stakeholders.
  • Identify commercial risks and develop mitigation plans.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably majoring in Management, Telecommunication Engineering, or Marketing)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications, ISP, or technology industry
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Understanding of regulations and the dynamics of the telecommunications market in Indonesia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Good Communication in English
