Duties & Responsibilities

  • Networking and building good relationships with potential customers.
  • Offer and negotiate until there is a decision from the customer meet targets given by supervisor
  • Build strong network to ensure sales performance
  • To provide knowledge for customers related to products, prices, availability and process of buying
  • Prepare and create updated sales reports to maintain sales performance
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • To represent the company in delivering all available products and information to achieve sales targets
  • Carrying out administrative activities; recording database data and coordinating with other departments related to property sales
  • Give presentation about the product to customers
  • Do advertising on social media or equivalent in order to get new customers or potential buyers.

Experience & Qualifications Requirements:

  • At least bachelor's degree in marketing , business administration or equivalent, overseas education background is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience in the Luxury Real Estate in CBD Area / Property Development projects or Luxury Lifestyle fields, and MNC working experience is preferred.
  • Willing to work out of office hours when required.
  • The personality must be outgoing, creative, and flexible.
  • Good communication skill, fluent in English (oral, written, and presentation)
  • Equipped with good Microsoft office skill set (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Words).
