Duties & Responsibilities
- Networking and building good relationships with potential customers.
- Offer and negotiate until there is a decision from the customer meet targets given by supervisor
- Build strong network to ensure sales performance
- To provide knowledge for customers related to products, prices, availability and process of buying
- Prepare and create updated sales reports to maintain sales performance
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- To represent the company in delivering all available products and information to achieve sales targets
- Carrying out administrative activities; recording database data and coordinating with other departments related to property sales
- Give presentation about the product to customers
- Do advertising on social media or equivalent in order to get new customers or potential buyers.
Experience & Qualifications Requirements:
- At least bachelor's degree in marketing , business administration or equivalent, overseas education background is preferred.
- At least 3 years of marketing experience in the Luxury Real Estate in CBD Area / Property Development projects or Luxury Lifestyle fields, and MNC working experience is preferred.
- Willing to work out of office hours when required.
- The personality must be outgoing, creative, and flexible.
- Good communication skill, fluent in English (oral, written, and presentation)
- Equipped with good Microsoft office skill set (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Words).
