Responsibilities:
- Conduct procurement processes for goods and services according to company needs, from request to delivery.
- Identify and select competent vendors/suppliers in line with company standards.
- Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery timelines to secure the best deals.
- Create and process Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure all supporting documents are accurate.
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of goods/services as per agreed specifications.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors/suppliers for long-term collaboration.
- Manage vendor database and procurement documentation in an organized manner.
- Perform regular evaluations of vendor performance.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth procurement processes and work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company procedures, regulations, and policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or Engineering.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement/purchasing (fresh graduates may be considered if they possess relevant skills).
- Good understanding of procurement processes and procedures.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines.
- Demonstrates high integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility,
- Prior experience in the FMCG industry is highly preferred.
