Overview:
Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing Company at Semarang area

Requirements:

  • Graduated min. from Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written).
  • Certification in Human Resource Management is an advantage.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, HRIS/ERP systems).
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and implement HRGA strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace culture.
  • Oversee payroll process in coordination with Finance/Accounting Department.
  • Provide guidance and support to management regarding workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Prepare and monitor HR budgets and cost control.
  • Supervise HR staff and ensure effective team performance.
