Requirements:
- Graduated min. from Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Certification in Human Resource Management is an advantage.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, HRIS/ERP systems).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and implement HRGA strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace culture.
- Oversee payroll process in coordination with Finance/Accounting Department.
- Provide guidance and support to management regarding workforce planning and organizational development.
- Prepare and monitor HR budgets and cost control.
- Supervise HR staff and ensure effective team performance.
