Job Description:

  • Create and develop digital marketing strategy and breakdown into budget Ads & planning Ads process for online and offline channel
  • Perform Ads (ie. FB Ads, TikTok Ads etc, CPAS) with great performance (ROAS, CPC)
  • Provide data-driven feedback & inputs for overall digital marketing strategic initiatives & plan
  • Manage the evaluation & improvement process of all digital marketing
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports weekly for ongoing digital marketing campaigns
  • Daily perform and monitor ads (e.g., FB Ads, TikTok Ads, CPAS) to ensure consistent performance and identify areas for optimization

Requirements:

  • A well rounded digital marketing professional with minimum 3 years experiences and great performance (good ROAS, CPC, etc)
  • Preferable having experiences in Health and Beauty Industry
  • A good understanding on digital marketing
  • Working knowledge of relevant marketing and data analytic tools (ie. Google Analytics, Google Data Studio)
  • Able to perform digital marketing (ie. FB Ads, TikTok Ads) will relevant proven great performance
  • Able to create and present clear weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical mindset to develop effective campaigns.
  • Quick decision-making skills and adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
