Position Objective

To lead and manage IT infrastructure & Cyber Security projects, particularly those involving deployment and installation in data center environments. The role requires strong technical expertise and proven project management capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure & Cyber Security projects.
  • Ensure smooth deployment and installation of systems in data center environments, meeting standards and SLAs.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
  • Serve as the liaison between technical teams, management, and third-party vendors.

Key Qualifications

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Project Management certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP) are highly preferred.
  • Technical certifications are a plus.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in infrastructure-related projects.
  • Hands-on experience in system deployment, installation, and migration within data center environments(on-premise or hybrid/cloud).
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of data center architecture including servers, storage, networking, and security.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud infrastructure.
  • Ability to review and evaluate technical designs and provide constructive feedback.

Managerial & Communication Skills:

  • Capable of developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Skilled in coordinating technical teams and external vendors.
  • Effective communicator, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Inspirational leadership and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Adaptable to evolving technologies and business needs.
