Job Description :
- Develop, implement, and maintain a Security Awareness Program that effectively changes employee behavior to reduce organizational risk.
- Ensure the program aligns with group requirements and industry standards.
- Communicate relevant security threats, policies, and requirements so employees understand and can follow them.
- Create a positive and engaging program that encourages secure behavior both at work and at home.
- Identify top human risks to the organization and define behavioral changes needed to mitigate those risks.
- Design and maintain a long-term program focused on building a strong security culture.
- Run phishing simulations, conduct planned and ad-hoc security awareness trainings, and publish newsletters.
- Act as an instructor in awareness sessions, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Develop a metrics framework to measure program effectiveness.
- Possess good communication skills and basic public speaking ability.
- Have basic knowledge of cybersecurity and information security.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
- Have basic graphic design skills and creative ideas.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office tools.
