Responsibilities
Conducting research to find Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) who have audiences that align with the target market.
Building and maintaining good relationships with KOLs.
Designing marketing strategies involving KOLs to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Managing end-to-end collaboration projects with KOLs, including content planning and execution.
Negotiating with KOLs regarding budget, scope of work, and expectations.
Overseeing KOL performance during the project and analyzing the results.
Coordinating with the marketing department to ensure the brief meets client requests.
Collaborating with the creative manager to produce engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines.
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing and changes in social media platforms.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in any major
Proficient in building relationships with KOLs and internal team
Ability to respond to KOL inquiries, client requests, and team updates promptly
Excellent written and verbal communication for negotiating
Effective multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
Capacity to handle pressure and tight deadlines
Up-to-date knowledge of trends in influencer marketing and social media platform
Attention to detail and have skills to manage multiple KOLs, contracts and schedules
Maintain a presentable appearance while engaging with brands or KOLs
