General Manager – Fivestar Social Club (Padel, Reflexology, Pilates, Gym, F&B & Salon)
Job Overview:
Fivestar Social Club is a premium lifestyle destination combining sports, wellness, and hospitality. We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee six business divisions and ensure operational excellence, premium service standards, and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily operations across Padel, Reflexology, Pilates, Gym, F&B, and Salon divisions.
- Manage Division Heads/Managers and ensure all KPIs are achieved.
- Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs across all units.
- Ensure top-tier service quality, facility cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
- Manage P&L, budgeting, financial planning, and business performance analysis.
- Build strong relationships with members and handle escalated complaints professionally.
- Work closely with Marketing on membership programs, events, and promotional initiatives.
- Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare regular operational and business reports for the owners/management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Hospitality, Sports/Fitness, Wellness, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years experience as a General Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or Senior Operations Manager.
- Strong background in sports clubs, fitness centers, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle establishments.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large, multi-division teams.
- Strong knowledge of P&L, budgeting, cost control, and operational analytics.
- Highly service-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with F&B operations, gym/fitness, wellness services, or salon/spa management is a plus.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed.
