Qualification
- Fluent in English is a must (Will directly report to Expatriate)
- Minimum bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT supervisory role, with a strong understanding of application development, or project management.
Proficiency in IT programming domains such as:
Application Development & Programming: Skilled in technologies such as .NET (C#), SQL, UI development (React or others), and API integration (REST, SOAP, JSON-RPC, XML-RPC).
- Data Analytics & Reporting:Experienced with tools like Power BI, advanced Excel (including macros), and custom reporting system development.
- Authentication & Authorization:Experienced with implementing secure access using Windows Authentication and Basic Authentication protocols.
- Database Design & Management: Proficient in designing, developing, and managing databases using stored procedures, functions, and custom data types.
- System Integration:Demonstrated ability to integrate data between legacy systems and modern applications.
- Troubleshooting:Skilled in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting data entry platforms to ensure data integrity and usability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:Adept at working with functional business team to design and deliver business-aligned technical solutions.
- Capable of managing projects and budgets in alignment with overall business strategy.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
- Flexibility in working hours to meet project deadlines or critical business needs.
- Lead IT initiatives to automate business processes, enhance data management, and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage IT projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with regional and global IT teams on system integrations and cross-border projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain small-scale local applications using approved tools (e.g., .NET C#, SQL), and support Yokoten initiatives by adapting in-house applications from other countries.
- Provide first-line support for local systems and coordinate with global teams to resolve regional/global application issues.
- Supervise and mentor junior IT staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Ensure high-quality IT support and customer satisfaction through professional service delivery.
- Oversee departmental budgeting and ensure alignment with financial and strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards (e.g., SOX, ITGC, TISAX), including regular audits and reviews.
- Drive digital innovation by enhancing business applications and tools in line with company strategy.
