IT Business Analyst
, you will gather and analyze requirements, create BRD/FSD documents, and ensure business needs are translated into effective system solutions. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders and the technical team, supporting the project's successful delivery.

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst (candidates with 3–4 years of solid experience may also be considered if key qualifications are met).
- Strong ability to create and manage FSD (Functional Specification Documents) and BRD (Business Requirement Documents).
- Proven experience in retail projects, particularly in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) would be a plus.
Job Description:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD) to ensure clear communication of system needs.
- Collaborate with business teams, developers, and QA to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Support testing activities by validating system functionalities against requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery.
