Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Financial Application)

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing financial technology (Fintech) application projects. The role is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining effective communication with both local and expatriate stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Oversee projects from initiation to completion using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Lead developers, business analysts, QA, and UX teams. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks. Resolve issues promptly to prevent escalation and delays.
- Documentation & Evaluation: Maintain accurate project documentation and manage scope changes. Conduct post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (OJK, BI) and security standards (ISO Collaborate with legal, compliance, and audit teams as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
- 7–10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years in financial/fintech projects.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or ACP) are an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills for interaction with expatriate stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial applications (mobile banking, e-wallet, core banking, digital lending).
- Knowledge of financial regulations and security standards (OJK, BI, ISO

- Experience in vendor management and risk mitigation.
Soft Skills:
