Key Qualifications


• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or a related field.


• 1-2 years experience in Occupational Health and Safety in manufacturing. Fresh graduates with internship experience in HSE are welcome to apply.


• Understand the local OSH regulation and have basic knowledge of OSH management system and implementation


• Knowledge of safety documentation, PPE control, and safety induction processes.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with data entry/reporting systems.


• Good organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.


• Ability to handle documentation, filing, and reporting related to HSE activities (e.g., incident reports, safety training, inspection logs).


• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with public speaking ability.


• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities


• Willing to placement in Bogor city, West Java.

Role Puspose:


• To Implement group Health and Safety policies and guidelines, adhere and comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and support the company campaign Journey to zero.


• Assist HS Officer and Manager to record and monitor Coats Health and Safety programs and report it in timely manner


• To support achievement of Health and Safety objectives and awareness campaign

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities:

Records and reports Coats H&S Program

·       Administrate the flow of the hazard report, audit finding, inspection, and investigation result in Coats Reporting System.

·       Reports the upcoming and due actions to the responsible person.

·       Records the H&S performance data for periodic reporting

·       Administrate the documentation related Coats H&S program such as contractor management, permit to work system, LOTO program, risk assessment, Management of Change, 6s, behaviour-based safety, etc.

H&S Inspection and Monitoring

·       Conduct emergency equipment inspection (Fire extinguisher, hydrant, sprinkler, first aid kit, etc.).

·       Control the Health and Safety workplace monitoring by internal or external parties.

·       Monitoring the PPE and first aid kit stock and distribution

·       Participate in routine inspection and safety walk to ensure Coats H&S program is well implemented.

·       Administrate the mandatory inspection and license permit.

H&S Awareness and Campaign

·       Coordinate health and safety campaigns and events following the group and local initiatives.

·       Ensure the training plan is executed as per plan and act as trainer if needed.

·       Develop H&S training materials, posters, video, jargon and campaign materials.

Key Output:

Records and reports H&S Program and Activities

·       Record and report in Coats reporting system comply with group standard and guideline

·       Record and reports of H&S safety program submitted before due date

·       The documentation record is well maintained, easy to access and control, and comply with group data storage requirement.

H&S Inspection and Monitoring

·       Inspection and monitoring conducted as per plan

·       Inspection and monitoring result is well recorded into Coats Reporting system

·       No expire permit and license

·       All department using a proper PPE as required

·       First Aid kit stock always complies with regulation and all work-related first aid is reported following the group guideline

H&S Awareness and Campaign

·       All group H&S event conducted as per timeline

·       Minimum 3 site specific campaign per year

·       Achieve training hours rate target
