Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Merchandise Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Merchandise Manager will oversee day-to-day tasks including managing inventory, developing product assortments, and optimizing sales strategies. This role also involves ensuring excellent customer service and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience in Sales and Inventory Management
- Ability to develop and manage product Assortments
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the retail or garment industry is a plus
