Asiadesc is the Indonesia rep office for a furniture company who has worldwide customers who share the passion for design and lifestyle products . We have in our team based in Surabaya a need for a person who can analyze the data which we have in our system to advice the product development team what is hot and what not and inform the sales who is performing well with what item so what is on trend and the winner up what is on the way down . Beside this we been asked to do mailshots regularly where we again use our database . Skills you need to have is for sure a marketing background in education and if have experience even better , creative mind as we are working for a company which is style addicted . Beside all this we need a team player who can work with the other office from Asiades in Holland, Emirates and China.
Job description:
- To make marketing plan and business development project
- To check data sales, doing analyze to identify trends
- To support sales with information and reports what items are our clients interested in, which item performs well, etc
- To design mailshots / newsletter about our branding and marketing program and follow up the result (collaboration with IT and graphic designer)
- To help developing strategy to reach customers
- Create an integrated marketing plan that includes paid digital marketing (PPC), social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and SEO — all tenets of a strong inbound marketing strategy — is necessary in order to attract and convert new customers online & offline.
Requirement:
- Bachelor of Marketing management / business development / digital marketing / digital business / desain komunikasi visual
- English language written & verbal
- Smart and logical thinking
- Problem solving skills
- Work well with team
- Capability to work without any supervision
- Capability to work under tight deadline
- Fresh graduate or experienced is welcome
