- Promotion Activity Approval & Settlement (CORES)
- Document preparation before sales program start
- Sales Program Monitoring & Reporting
- Checking Payment request to A/P
- TAX deduction evidence (Bupot) distribution for PPH23 & PPH21 to Sales partners
- Process invoice from Customer/Vendor
ASSIGNED TARGET OR KPI / TARGET YANG DITETAPKAN
- Sales Program Achievement
- Sales Program ROI
- On Time Performance for Sales Program Approval & Settlement process
REQUIREMENTS / PERSYARATAN :
- Education min. Bachelor Degree (S1) a preferably Management, Accounting/Economy, IT, Math
- Expertise : Ms Office literacy a esp Excel, Data Analysis, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, & Team Coordination
- Able to work with team (also collaboration with stakeholders), tight deadline, & dynamics working environment
- Experience in similar job desc / R&R, especially in sales/ same industry will be preferred
