Job Description
- Organize the department's strategy-to-execution process planning, participate in the setting of annual key task targets, and perform task operations based on target achievement.
- Build and operate the operation system, support the operation work of the department, including department meetings, outstanding task management, and KPI tracking, improve operation efficiency, and be responsible for key operation indicators.
- Develop the quality management system and process quality culture, ensure process-based organizational development and continuous improvement, and ensure the implementation of corporate quality policies and strategies.
Requirement
- Good communication, coordination, and promotion skills;
- Fluent in English & Mandarin both verbal and written (Mandatory).
- Experience in project management, quality management, process development, and sales management is preferred.
- At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fast learner and be able to grasp new concepts quickly.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
- Ability to work with teams and collaborate.
