About the Role
Foods: Responsible for translating company strategy into the management and oversight of food outlet and central kitchen operations to ensure optimal operation, with a focus on product quality, production and distribution efficiency, and customer satisfaction, to support sustainable business growth.
Beverages: Responsible for translating company strategy into the management and oversight of beverage outlet operations to ensure effective, efficient operation, and compliance with service and product quality standards, to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve outlet growth targets.
Job Description :
- Translate operational strategies established by the Operations Director into implementable work plans at the regional and kitchen levels to ensure alignment between central directives and field execution.
- Control the effectiveness and efficiency of kitchen operations (production, inventory, food distribution) to ensure a continuous supply of high-quality food to all outlets.
- Oversee the implementation of SOPs, food safety, and quality standards across all operational areas to maintain compliance with applicable quality standards and regulations.
- Evaluate operational performance and provide feedback and action plans to the Regional Manager to drive measurable and sustainable performance improvements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Human Resources, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations, supporting process integration and resolving cross-functional issues.
- Direct and coach the Regional Manager and Central Kitchen Manager in achieving operational performance targets to ensure the achievement of operational KPIs such as sales growth, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Actively participate in business expansion (new outlets, new formats, food innovations) to support growth with a data-driven approach and operational feasibility.
Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree, preferably from Management, Business, Hospitality, or Food Technology.
- Minimum 8 years in F&B operations (specifically for Foods or Beverages) and minimum 3 years at Managerial/Junior Management level.
- Knowledge & Skill : Food Operations & Beverage Operations, Food Safety & Quality Standards, Cost Control & Waste Management, Customer-Centric Mindset, Product Consistency & Equipment Management, Leadership & People Management, Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving, Project Execution & Operational Readiness, Influence Communication / Persuade Other.
