Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise all
warehouse operations
, including inbound receiving, storage management, and outbound distribution. - Ensure all warehouse activities comply with
standard operating procedures (SOPs)
and are completed on schedule. - Monitor and control
stock accuracy
through system updates and regular
stock opname
activities. - Conduct
root cause analysis
and implement corrective actions for stock variances, damages, or delivery issues. - Plan and organize
work shifts and manpower allocation
to ensure operational efficiency. - Maintain
team discipline, performance, and workplace safety
in all warehouse activities. - Coordinate with other departments such as
purchasing, sales, and logistics partners
to ensure smooth material flow. - Prepare and present
daily, weekly, and monthly reports
on inventory, stock movement, and warehouse productivity. - Identify areas for improvement and implement
continuous improvement initiatives
within warehouse operations. - Ensure the warehouse area is always
organized, safe, and compliant
with OHS standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum
Bachelor's Degree (S1)
in
Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering,
or a related field. - At least
3–5 years of experience
in warehouse or logistics operations, with a proven track record in supervisory or leadership roles. - Strong understanding of
warehouse processes
including
inbound, storage,
and
outbound operations. - Knowledge of
inventory management systems and practices
such as FIFO, FEFO, stock opname, and safety stock. - Excellent analytical skills in identifying and resolving issues related to
stock discrepancies, delivery delays, and product damages. - Skilled in
shift scheduling and manpower planning. - Able to prepare
inventory reports, stock movement summaries, and team productivity reports. - Familiar with
warehouse SOPs
and
Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
principles. - Strong communication and coordination skills with management, warehouse teams, sales, purchasing, and transporters.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of developing and executing
action plans for continuous improvement.
