Job Description:

  • Regularly review to support and mentor teams as well as foster an environment of teamwork
  • Analyze and monitor business growth and decline, as well as provide possible solutions and new ways to increase productivity and sales
  • Make Sales Plan and Sales Projection;
  • To meet monthly and annual Sales Target;
  • Preparing Executive Strategy for developing market share and profitability
  • Carry out market mapping, Sales Projection; market survey, customer profiling, exploring new opportunity in the market

Qualifications:

  • Holds a minimum of 3 years of experience as a sales manager in the food and beverage industry or retail
  • Exhibits competence in team management.
