About The Job
- Develop and implement offline sales strategies (pharmacies, drug stores, traditional trades, etc) and its operational; and plans to achieve revenue targets nationally.
- Build (hire) and manage (train) the offline sales teams.
- Lead and monitor the sales teams performances through feedback, inspiring and guiding, setting clear objectives and KPI.
- Conduct regular sales meetings with the sales team per area to review progress, discuss challenges and plan the next steps, also regularly visit the markets to evaluate market share and monitor competitors' activities.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and distribution channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective trade promotions and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers and others.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Collect and analyse data on sales performance, customer feedback and market trends. Provide regular reports and presentations to share insights and recommendations to the CEO and Director.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership role or same position, preferably within the pharmaceutical, health supplement industry, or FMCG.
- Proven track record in account management, team management and achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian retail landscape and consumer behaviour in the health (herbal vitamin/ supplement) segment.
- Excellent in interpersonal skills (communication, negotiation, relation, presentation).
- Willing to be placed in Tenjolaya Bogor Regency or and Bogor City, also travelling extensively across Indonesia to build and oversee regional operations.
