Job Descriptions:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Design and lead implementation robust, scalable, and secure data architecture that aligns with business needs.
  • Streamline data workflows with seamless integration that improve operational efficiency.
  • Visualize overall project schedule, report project issues, status, and potential risks to client/ supervisor.
  • Objectively & logically propose implementation approach & issue resolution.
  • Document analysis results and share insights with client in an understandable manner.
  • Assess and recommend tools, platforms, and technologies based on project needs while keep updated on emerging technologies
  • Proactive and be responsible for the smoothness of the project.
  • Collaborate with other parties/ business partners and maintain good communication with them.
  • Standardize overall project deliverables based on ABeam Project management methodology.
  • Keep learning and developing new skills, as well as encourage team member's skills development.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in data modeling, database design, and data integration.
  • Strong track record of designing and implementing technical and data driven solutions for complex business challenges.
  • Skilled in database management and visualization using SQL (SQL Server, Postgre, etc) and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc).
  • Experienced in data transformation & integration tools such as SSIS, Kafka, Airflow, etc, with a solid foundation of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
  • Experience with data quality assessment techniques, data harmonization, normalization, aggregation, allocation.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java for data processing and transformation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and logical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Excellent Project management, organizational skills and Leadership capabilities to guide technical teams.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, able to work in tight schedule with under pressure.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Advanced MS Excel: pivot table, index, vlookup. Power Pivot and VBA experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with big data frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) their data solutions is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) is a plus.
