• Operational Insights – Analyze route performance, pickup success rate, and driver allocation to recommend optimizations.
• Dashboard Development – Build and maintain automated dashboard (Metabase) for live tracking of first mile KPIs.
• Root Cause Analysis – Investigate SLA breaches or spikes in failed pickups, with recommendations for corrective actions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Partner with Operations, Fleet, Product, and Data Engineering teams to align system logic with operational reality.
• Data Quality Governance – Ensure data accuracy and completeness from field apps, warehouse systems, and courier logs.
