What You'll Do:
  • Engage doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals through effective, science-based presentations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and potential prescribers.
  • Identify new business opportunities in community and hospital settings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to develop winning strategies.
  • Collaborate with distributors to ensure smooth product availability and market coverage.
  • Execute strategic sales plans, achieve targets, and provide regular field activity reports.
  • Participate in medical events, round-table discussions, and conferences to support product visibility.

What We're Looking For:
  • A Diploma graduate in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences (Biology, etc.).
  • Experience in sales or medical promotion is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
  • Familiar with pharmacy channels, sales planning, and CRM tools (e.g., OPTIMA).
  • Passionate about healthcare, ethical promotion, and continuous learning.
