Responsibilities
- Ensure operational and academic compliance with Sparks English standards, policies, and internal regulations.
- Develop, review, and update quality documents (SOPs, Work Instructions, and Internal Memos) regularly.
- Conduct internal audits in operational, academic, and administrative areas, and prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations.
- Identify non-conformities and support corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.
- Monitor quality KPIs to ensure consistent service and process standards.
- Conduct SOP training and assist center staff in implementing the quality management system.
- Prepare quality evaluation reports and present improvement recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Support data-driven continuous improvement initiatives based on audits, feedback, and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Education, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, operational administration, or internal audit.
- Solid understanding of quality management systems, SOP development, and operational audit processes.
- Basic data analysis skills using spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong in documentation management.
- Excellent communication and cross-department coordination skills.
- Experience in the education or training sector is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, TQM) are a plus but not mandatory.
