Gong Cha Indonesia is looking for a Marketing Officer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our brand, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities, helping to increase brand awareness and engagement in the dynamic F&B industry. We are seeking a creative, proactive, and collaborative professional ready to make a meaningful impact.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or brand management.
- Understanding of brand strategy & promotion, market research, and basic data analysis (engagement, ROI, market trends).
- Experienced in managing marketing campaigns & e-commerce (Gofood, Grabfood, Tiktok, Shopee, etc) and promotional events.
- Creative, proactive, communicative, and able to work effectively across teams with good time management.
- Adaptable to F&B industry trends and willing to be mobile for events or store promotions.
What you'll do:
- Plan, execute, and evaluate promotional activities (offline & online/e-commerce) to strengthen brand awareness and increase sales.
- Manage and optimize marketing tools, promotional media, and store-level campaigns.
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with tenants and partners.
- Prepare accurate marketing reports, promotional budgets, and campaign documentation in a timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze social media growth, engagement, and customer retention programs.
