Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Quality Manager, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Training and Quality Manager will oversee the development and implementation of training programs to ensure that all employees meet established performance standards. The role includes analyzing training needs, designing and delivering training sessions, evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives, and monitoring service quality. The manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent service excellence and foster continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in developing, implementing, and managing Training Programs and Workforce Development initiatives.
- Proficient Communication, Presentation, and Public Speaking skills
- Experience in Hotel Industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to develop and maintain high-quality standards
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional language skills are a plus
