- Main Mission】 Expanding new client.
- Making Sales Plan & Report monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Cold call & Visiting new client in order to get new order and expand business.
- Maintain existing client order.
- Handling complaint and coordinate with related section.
- Monitoring operation and payment.

Job Requirements
- 【Mandatory】Have working experience at International Freight Forwarder as sales min 3 year.
- 【Mandatory】Have excellent knowledge of market in order to expand market (Local, Japanese and MNC company).
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or International Business.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or shipping line sales, specifically in sea freight.
- Strong understanding of export-import procedures and shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, PEB, PIB, COO, etc.).
- Good knowledge of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP, etc.) and international shipping flow.
- Having experience in preparing freight quotations and cost calculations accurately.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Holds sim A is preferrable.
- Willing to work in Cikarang
