A Bali-based company specialising in the production and sale of high-quality bedding products, including natural latex mattresses and pillows, is looking for a Sales person to join their team immediately.

The ideal candidate is a positive, hands-on sales professional who is passionate about wellness and sustainability. They will excel at engaging with customers, managing B2C and B2B relationships, assisting with basic administrative work, and supporting pop-up or in-store sales events. This role requires a proactive, service-minded individual who thrives in a customer-facing environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and operational efficiency.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in retail, sales, or customer service, ideally within lifestyle, fashion, or home & living brands.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with a warm, approachable, and professional demeanour.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Indonesia proficiency preferred.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems and E-Commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic admin work (sales reports, order tracking, delivery scheduling).
  • Ability to commit to weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) when needed.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, pop-up management, or showroom-based sales are highly desirable.
  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities :

  • Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries at the Central Department Store, Grand Indonesia.
  • Welcome and assist customers in the buying process, ensuring a pleasant and informed shopping experience.
  • Build brand awareness and establish positive, long-term customer relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products and closing transactions.
  • Handle after-sales administration, including delivery scheduling, invoicing, and follow-ups.
  • Participate in monthly sales meetings and report on performance, feedback, and opportunities.
  • Support marketing and operations teams for pop-up shops, in-store events, and atrium sales.
  • Respond to B2B inquiries and maintain professional relationships with partners, hotels, or retailers.
  • Coordinate deliveries and stock arrangements to ensure smooth operations between showroom and warehouse.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to support product and marketing development.
