Position: Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager (Government) Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting the government segment.
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with key government clients and agencies.
- Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and successfully achieve sales targets.
- Lead and mentor junior sales staff, providing clear guidance and performance feedback.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and competitive analyses for senior management.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably with a strong focus on the government segment.
- Strong network of contacts within government bodies and public‑sector organizations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Target oriented with a strong drive to achieve consistent results.
