Our Group—managing multiple business units across hospital and hospitality—is looking for an experienced HR Division Head to lead the Human Resources function at the Holding level. This role oversees and drives the full HR strategy across hospitals, and hospitality units.

About the Role

As the HR Division Head, you will shape people strategy, build a high-performance culture, and ensure HR operations, organization development, and industrial relations run effectively across all business units.

Responsibilities

Strategic & Leadership

  • Develop and execute Group-wide HR strategies aligned with the company's mission and long-term goals.
  • Oversee the implementation of the 7 core HR functions across all subsidiaries: Organization Development, Recruitment, People Development, Personnel Management, Performance Management, Reward Management, and Industrial Relations.
  • Advise and collaborate directly with the Owner / BOD on HR strategy, structure, policies, and key organizational decisions.

Organization & People Development

  • Lead organization design, job analysis, and manpower planning for all business units.
  • Build and maintain integrated HRIS systems and standardized HR administration.
  • Develop compensation structures, bonus schemes, incentive systems, and annual salary reviews.
  • Drive employee development programs, annual performance review cycles, coaching, and talent development.

HR Operations & Industrial Relations

  • Ensure HR processes across hospitals and hospitality units comply with regulations (PKWT/PKWTT, Company Regulations, BPJS, labor law).
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee recruitment efficiency, employee engagement, turnover management, and retention—especially for strategic positions.

Performance, Culture & Service Excellence

  • Promote service excellence culture for frontline and healthcare staff.
  • Monitor HR KPIs and operational dashboards, including recruitment efficiency, compliance, discipline, training effectiveness, and retention.
  • Ensure consistent communication channels across business units and healthy workplace climate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology, Management, or related fields (Master's Degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Management, preferably in hospitality or healthcare industry.

Required Skills

  • Strong capability in HR Strategy, OD, Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations.
  • Proven leadership in managing multi-unit HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, analytical thinking, and conflict-handling skills.
  • HR Certification (BNSP or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Experience in hospitality or healthcare industry.
