Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor's degree (any major).
· At least 3–4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably from a construction or property developer company.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is an advantage.
· Experience handle employee attendance, leave, and insurance/BPJS, and prepare accurate payroll and timely monthly personnel reports Detail-oriented with strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
· Fluent English (writing and conversation)
· Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work with accuracy.
· Highly Initiative, Good communication (with person from any background) and coordination skills.
· Able to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
· Familiar use software tools (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Workspace, etc.).
· Understand labour law and regulations.
Job Description:
· Execute full-cycle recruitment: job posting, administrative screening, initial interviews, testing, hiring process also manage and update the candidate database
· Prepare and submit recruitment reports
· Build and maintain relationships with external parties (universities, job fairs, etc.)

· Supporting human resources and general administrative tasks
