Job Descriptions:
- Develop policies/procedures/standards for all activities related to suit the organization's needs
- Collect HRD data and prepare monthly HRD reports
- Prepare and analyze data productivity for sales team.
- Conduct a review and evaluation of employee performance appraisal schemes (quarterly/annually) in order to improve the performance appraisal process
- Carry out the Talent Management process according to the company's needs
- Conduct a review and evaluation of employee performance appraisal schemes (quarterly/annually) in order to improve the performance appraisal process
- To support HR strategy in analyzing and providing services in : the organizational structures, MPP, competency, career planning , key performance indicator, reporting and operating procedures that suitable to organization's needs.
Requirement:
- Maximum 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree at any major.
- Have a minimum of 2-years of working experience in the Organization Development
- Understanding SOP, Key Performance Indicator and work load analysis
- Familiarity with talent management practices, including succession planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Experienced in creating & developing organization structure & job descriptions.
- Experienced in running Performance Appraisal process
- Experienced in creating & developing Key Performance Indicator.
- Excellent in Ms. Excel
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
