Job Descriptions:

  • Develop policies/procedures/standards for all activities related to suit the organization's needs
  • Collect HRD data and prepare monthly HRD reports
  • Prepare and analyze data productivity for sales team.
  • Conduct a review and evaluation of employee performance appraisal schemes (quarterly/annually) in order to improve the performance appraisal process
  • Carry out the Talent Management process according to the company's needs
  • Conduct a review and evaluation of employee performance appraisal schemes (quarterly/annually) in order to improve the performance appraisal process
  • To support HR strategy in analyzing and providing services in : the organizational structures, MPP, competency, career planning , key performance indicator, reporting and operating procedures that suitable to organization's needs.

Requirement:

  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree at any major.
  • Have a minimum of 2-years of working experience in the Organization Development
  • Understanding SOP, Key Performance Indicator and work load analysis
  • Familiarity with talent management practices, including succession planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Experienced in creating & developing organization structure & job descriptions.
  • Experienced in running Performance Appraisal process
  • Experienced in creating & developing Key Performance Indicator.
  • Excellent in Ms. Excel
  • Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
