Responsibilities
- Develop new products and improve existing product quality
- Doing value creation related to products and processes in R&D
- Ensuring standardization, quality, and food safety of each product produced
- Implementing technology for process efficiency and quality improvement
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree majoring in food technology or culinary arts.
- Having experience and mastering in the food industry, especially in the bakery and cake sector at least 3 years.
- Have knowledge of formulations, processes, raw materials and characteristics of bakery and cake products.
- Have a good understanding of HACCP, GMP, food safety and food regulations.
- Have an interest in trends and insights in the food industry.
