Responsibilities

  • Develop new products and improve existing product quality
  • Doing value creation related to products and processes in R&D
  • Ensuring standardization, quality, and food safety of each product produced
  • Implementing technology for process efficiency and quality improvement

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree majoring in food technology or culinary arts.
  • Having experience and mastering in the food industry, especially in the bakery and cake sector at least 3 years.
  • Have knowledge of formulations, processes, raw materials and characteristics of bakery and cake products.
  • Have a good understanding of HACCP, GMP, food safety and food regulations.
  • Have an interest in trends and insights in the food industry.
