Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
- Design user-centered interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally intuitive.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to iterate on designs.
- Ensure that designs are consistent with brand guidelines and user expectations.
- Stay informed about the latest design trends and best practices.
- Document the design process and establish design standards for the team.
Qualifications:
- Fresh grad are welcome with a proven portfolio of successful projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate them into visually appealing interfaces.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful and user-friendly experiences.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate design decisions to non-designers.
- Proficiency in Figma
