Position Summary
Lead and supervise the company's legal functions—including legal compliance, licensing, litigation, contract management, and legal administration—to ensure all company operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the company's legal compliance.
- Manage legal documents and contracts.
- Supervise the company's licensing process.
- Coordinate the handling of litigation and disputes.
- Direct legal administration activities.
- Prepare and present legal reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Legal Supervisor or Legal Coordinator, preferably in the plantation or agribusiness industry.
- Proficient in computer and office applications.
- Passive English proficiency.
- Solid understanding of agrarian law, licensing regulations, business contracts, and related legal matters.
- Familiarity with OSS system and ATR/BPN (National Land Agency) procedures.
- Program and social management skills.
- Strong ability to analyze social issues.
- Demonstrated team leadership capabilities.
