Job DescriptionFunctional Management Role is a critical position within Retail Operations, acting as a key enabler for operational readiness, system enhancement, production issues & support, and project execution across multiple business lines.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support projects, including but does not limited to:
- BRD (Business Requirement Document) review / acknowledgement
- Change Request (CR) creation / review
- UAT lead in execution, test design/script, monitoring, exception handling, escalation
- Post Implementation Review, verification and coordination
- Track and follow up open issues raised by business or operations.
- Supporting inquiries from business or operations regarding system capabilities, and follow up with group IT for any unresolved issues.
- We will maintain momentum and continuity of ongoing initiatives.
- We can mitigate risks and ensure issues are resolved timely.
- Continue to support business objectives by providing assessments and solution in regards to system used.
