Job Description

Functional Management Role is a critical position within Retail Operations, acting as a key enabler for operational readiness, system enhancement, production issues & support, and project execution across multiple business lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support projects, including but does not limited to:
  • BRD (Business Requirement Document) review / acknowledgement
  • Change Request (CR) creation / review
  • UAT lead in execution, test design/script, monitoring, exception handling, escalation
  • Post Implementation Review, verification and coordination
  • Track and follow up open issues raised by business or operations.
  • Supporting inquiries from business or operations regarding system capabilities, and follow up with group IT for any unresolved issues.
By Filling This Role
  • We will maintain momentum and continuity of ongoing initiatives.
  • We can mitigate risks and ensure issues are resolved timely.
  • Continue to support business objectives by providing assessments and solution in regards to system used.
