Head Chef – Asian Food

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Head Chef specializing in Asian Food, located in Bandung. The Head Chef will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including meal preparation and presentation, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities also include menu planning, inventory management, sourcing fresh ingredients, and maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications
  • Strong culinary skills in Asian cuisine, including meal preparation and presentation.
  • Experience in menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring smooth kitchen workflow.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and sourcing high‑quality, fresh ingredients.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations to ensure a hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Prior experience working as a Head Chef or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Professional culinary education or equivalent experience is a plus.
Executive Chef

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high‑end restaurant or resort. Strong knowledge of Indonesia and international cuisine, with expertise in menu planning and kitchen management.

Qualifications
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop new menu ideas.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
